Bought this machine for my son and he's delighted with it. Very fast service (arrived in 3 working days instead of 5) and the one issue i had (a loose internal power cable for DVD - came lose in transit) was easily dealt with once I'd contacted their support. Authorization to remove side panel, easy instructions and machine was operation 100%. No fuss. Support team, Kevin in particular, were very helpful.
I will be using this company again and would recommend others to do so too.
