For a mum on a budget they were very helpful and told me what area I could spend and where I could relax in order to keep within it. I phoned them twice for advise and each time they didn't seem to mind how long I kept them on the phone, it seems that customer service is as important to them as product quality is. My son has had his gaming PC for almost two weeks and has played on it every day morning to night, due to the holidays, and its great.
