The service was great, Leah is very nice and helpful.
I had the machine sent to Ireland and it was here in great time- 2/3 days. Unfortunately the DVD drive had come unplugged in transit, I had to have somebody to fix it here or pay for it to be sent the whole way back and redelivered to me- That's the only thing I will say could be a problem.
Everything else is great- the computer is running really well, Highly recommended!
