I have owned my computer for around 6 months, the product was as advertised, delivered promptly and fairly competitively priced (there were cheaper pc's but obviously any business who relies on a reputation for business has the ability to price things at a slight premium). I cant speak for the quality of thier support because fortunately i have not needed to speak to them (hopefully this continues).
