Delivery arrived on time, as expected & no damage to the box. Spec all as ordered.
PC arrived not working: beeping when turned on.
No problem phoning you. Had to wait for call-back to authorise opening the case to check the seating of the graphic card. The problem was the memory module which had not been inserted correctly, one end was not clicked in to the holder.
That sorted out, the PC booted fine & I am not aware of any further problems.
