Still waiting for a refund 16 days after they’d received the product back. I chased, they asked for proof of postage which I had so I sent details, chased again, they said they’d refund yet I’m still waiting. Lovely products (only returned tree skirt because it didn’t fit my Xmas tree base), but shocking customer service.
