I purchased theses flowers well in advance for my daughter. She was to receive them on her birthday (I paid extra for that). The day of her birthday (Saturday) I e-mailed the company to find out what time they would be delivered that day. I got a call from the owner saying that they were lost and would be sent out on Monday. A week past. No flowers. I contacted the owner again and she emailed me a picture of the address label and said they are on their way. Sure enough, they arrived 11 days later! I receive a discount because of the late delivery. For the price of these flowers, I would have expected better customer service. I will not use this company again.
