Terrible experience! Box arrived 2 days earlier than scheduled from UPS. Opened and it was a mess. One flower had fallen out, fluid has sprayed onto both vase and base (it does not come off without staining) and several of the other flower's has petals fall off. I sent a note with photo to customer service - first rep apologized and quickly offered a replacement, but then I got a note from another rep requiring more photos. I only took one photo as I was too busy trying to clean up the mess and make it nice as my wife was watching. I told rep I only had the one photo clearly showing the mess, and now they are not replying. Very expensive to arrive in poor condition and not be supported.
