My roses were unacceptable upon receipt. There was a little shedding AND there were a couple of holes (spots that could be seen through). Additionally, the bouquet was warped/loped sided and not symmetrical.
I emailed you guys and submitted photos upon your request in your response. However, no action has been taken. A company of your caliber should have immediate resolved this issue by either issuing me a refund, overnight expressing another rose bouquet or actually sending me a larger bouquet for my inconvenience. I am very disappointed!!!!!
