Buyer beware - the bad reviews are not a coincidence and do not lie. Ordered an arrangement as a birthday gift. They sent the wrong flowers, which looked nothing like the photo. I opened a claim and they admitted they sent the wrong flowers, but refused a refund. They demanded flowers be sent back before considering a refund, which I was unable to do since the items were a gift. The customer service representatives were rude, unresponsive, and unhelpful. This entire process was an expensive aggravation and I strongly caution others to avoid this business. What a shame and debacle for what was supposed to be a birthday gift.
