It should be zero stars, but that’s not available. I ordered my flowers Friday Dec 15, 2023 and paid the overnight fee, but the flowers got delivered Tuesday Dec 19th. When I called customer service I got no help from them. I wish I had read all of the reviews from previous customers.
I don’t recommend them: customer service was terrible and there was late delivery.
