No warranty No customer service Flowers arrived damaged I emailed, called and left voice mails. Finally, I was sent a label to send back the damaged roses. I was told they had the most damaged flowers Valentine's Day 2024 due to delivery problems The flowers were under warranty and would send me a new arrangement. I sent back the arrangement in the original box with the ribbon still attached through Fed Ex with their return label I am now being told the flowers came back smashed and they will not send me a replacement. These flowers were the grand round and over $360. I have spoken to customer service and they said there was nothing they could do and would have a supervisor call me back. No call.
