Honestly have been using their hair for quite some time now purchased my clip ins in I believer 2020 and they are still as lustrous as the day I first opened the sturdy box that it comes in. Their little sample hair piece is so great to keep on hand as a stylist. I just ordered more hair this time tape ins for a client and cannot wait for them to arrive. Customer service support via email is so responsive, polite and knowledgeable. I appreciate them handling all my questions with answers or guiding me to the correct contact.
