“I love their hair but right now I’m thrilled with this company because a set came that had a little darker color in my sun kissed highlights than normal so it didn’t match. I was leaving on a trip and they bent over backwards to find me a perfect match and get it overnighted to me. Exceptional customer service!”

“When I went into the store, there was no one there to help me. The sales associate was rude and told me they did not have the length he told me the day before was in stock. Because it was my birthday I had no option but to purchase the longer size because he was busy with a client appointment. I have been a customer for years now, and this is the worst experience I have had. Now I am stuck with longer and more expensive extensions.”

“Glam has very good hair quality, but I’m not sure why they’re trying to charge for the tariffs when it’s on clearance. This means you’ve had the hair for a while and there was no tariffs put on the hair at that time. I’ve gotta say I was a little disappointed when I saw that because it makes it sound like you’re not for America. If I recommend glam then I’ll make sure I remind a person about the tariff cost which would usually turn people away. Quietly raise the price up a dollar or two rather than screaming about the tariff. Just my general thought.”

“The color and texture is perfect and so beautiful. They were packaged nicely, and in a way to keep them from tangling. Also, they were easy to seperate into the amount I needed. They have just the right about of "glue" - there is no mess or excess that spread and they were easy to use. Im in love with these extensions!”

“I love Glam seamless...However I do wish they offered standard "Wefts" in 12 and 14" lengths. I order the 20" but always end up cutting off at least 6 inches as the hair is too long for someone of my age.”
