When I went into the store, there was no one there to help me. The sales associate was rude and told me they did not have the length he told me the day before was in stock. Because it was my birthday I had no option but to purchase the longer size because he was busy with a client appointment. I have been a customer for years now, and this is the worst experience I have had. Now I am stuck with longer and more expensive extensions.
