I ordered hair extensions early June. I have not recieved my order nor has anyone returned my 3 phone calls made to your company. I want a complete refund or I'm reporting to my credit card company that this transaction is fraudulent. Please advise, Mel Russell

I have purchased four sets of Glan Seamless over the years. I loved this brand because it’s hard to find a natural shade of red and your auburn is really dimensional and beautiful. However, my most recent set purchased in November has been a nightmare. It mattes around my neck in a huge, obvious rats nest within minutes of putting them on. In 15 years of wearing extensions from a variety of different brands, I have NEVER had that happen! It doesn’t matter what product I use, how much I cleanse or condition, it’s the same thing. This set is obviously a low quality or flawed set and is terrible to wear. They are NOT cheap and I’m horrified by such a blatant waste of a lot of money. If someone could rectify this and provide an explanation I would be grateful. Otherwise, this is the last set of Glam Seamless I will ever order.

The lady who spoke with me on the phone from customer service was incredibly rude and degrading. Ive been a client for 5 years and purchased so many sets of hair. The lady I spoke with on the phone was horrific to work with, I would suggest finding people who are good with clients. Based on my experince I will be switching my business elsewhere.

Overpriced, poor hair quality. Wasted $600 of my money and not happy about it. I thought spending that kind of money would get me quality hair.

Color way off. Rooted 2A - should be dark and ashy and it’s more of a level 7/6 and super gold / brassy. Disappointing , I think it’s false advertisement.

Very Disappointed of quality of hair, they seemed just really nice at first but after a couple weeks of installation of extensions, client came back to me complaining how hair started to came apart when washing and brushing extensions , I thought client was exaggerating but I’ve notice even when passing fingers thru extensions hair falls off . Is very embarrassing as a business to deal with this poor quality!

extremely diappointed. The hair quality is great but the amount is absolutely ridiculous for over $200.00 There was no explanation regarding how much we would need. I ordered a pack of 10 assuming 10 pieces would be sufficent for a full head of extensions. There was no explanation on how much that would cover and how much someone would need to order. I ordered this for my daughter for xmas and I would need probably 10 packs which would cost over $2000. I already made an appt with a salon to install and I have to cancel and Im out $200.00 for this tiny pack of extesions. I cannot afford $2000. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied and my daughter is so upset.

Very bad quality of hair. Real human hair does not get damage of 2 weeks of ordering and wearing twice. Do not buy Glam Sleamless hair extensions!!
