“I am so disappointed in my extensions! I have always ordered cheap extensions from Amazon. Either Hotbanana brand or full shine and had okay experience. So I finally took a chance and spent the money that I heard these were worth and they have shed and knotted so bad! I am not sure if I got a faulty pair but they are horrible. I got them on 11/25 and by 11/29 I have taken them out. I only use professional tools and products and very LOW heat. I am heart broken and almost out $300!”

“It’s very clear this hair has been processed multiple times. After ONE WASH my ends are frayed and breaking it looks absolutely horrible. Prices are the same as good quality 100% human hair, but the quality is so far below.

“This whole experience has been a joke. I purchased hair for an over night shipment and paid extra for that only to receive close to my order. Ordered 3 packs of ash blonde tape in extensions and got two packs of brown clip in extensions. So completely off. I call and the lady I spoke to was nice told me she would fix it. Now I still DONT have my hair when they said they would over night their own fuck up. Never got offered reimbursement for my shipping I overnighted. But will ask me to go out of my way to send the hair THEY fucked up on back. Would have never ordered from here again if i didn’t need it when I ORDERED It for.”
“First of all your company left off the apartment #, so it was delivered but not to me, and it has not been located as of yet. Then when I reached out to GS a representative offered to replace my order but wanted to charge me "shipment protection" for a mistake that someone there made..I do not understand how you can try to charge a customer extra for a mistake on your company's part. FedEx confirmed that there was no apartment # on the shipping label that is how I know it was missing. None the less, a new order is being shipped, but unfortunately I will not be doing business with Glam Seamless in the future. The time and frustration this caused me is ridiculous.”

“I have had my extensions in for less than a month and the quality of the hair is of lower quality compared to other brands. The extensions look like I have had them for over 6 months. The ends are extremely dry and frizzy. I have been getting extensions applied for over two years and I have never had any issues with other brands. I would not recommend.”
