I love your product. However, ordering was EXTREMELY DIFFICULT! I finally got someone on the phone after 2 days of trying to order online.
You’re now charging a surcharge a tariff charge to your customers. This is not fair and not right. You should pay that as a cost of doing business.
It’s extremely difficult to order online and no one will call you back when you call your toll-free number. I really like your product, but this is becoming a bit ridiculous. I think you need to have some reorganization.
