The hair is always good quality and usually the shipping time is the best, but unfortunately this time for some reason it took longer to receive it. The left was supposed to be delivered Friday by 5pm, so we scheduled an appointment for 5:30. The hair never came. It didn’t arrive until Saturday afternoon. Thank goodness we able to make other arrangements.
