The color of the hair I purchased was much darker than shown. I questioned whether or not it was the correct shade I ordered. The support staff was good at communicating but the samples they offered to send have still not arrived. I have an event this weekend and now I am scrambling to repurchase and reschedule my appointment. As much as this hair cost you would think that they were better at making sure the colors were consistent to the pictures shown online.
