Last Thursday I proceeded to call the store in Soho to see if they had invisible Santa Monica 16 inch tape in extensions available to pick up. I spoke with a guy who told me that yes they were available. I drove in on Saturday it took me over two hours in each direction when I got there she told me that “we do not carry invisible tapes in the store” That was the first issue. The second issue was the young girl that was working was totally unprofessional and rude. Not what I would call knowledgeable. I’ve been using glam seamless for a number of years now and I’m very disappointed in the level of Customer Service that I’ve gotten not to mention the time that I took to drive to get them because I needed them for today as I had an appointment with my stylist to put them in.
