I rented two dresses. Unfortunately I didn’t like any of them, I decided to return them. I was intended to return the dress the next day during my lunch break ( which is within 24 hours from the time I received the parcel ). However, I was pulled into an urgent meeting, so I contacted customer service to advise that I will return the dresses after the meeting which means I will be about 2 hours past the 24 hours. I asked if they can still grant the refund. They replied and advised that they will assess it after the dresses are being returned. I also included a handwritten note in the parcel to request a refund. However, no response nor contact was received from the glamcorner team. Nothing. And at this point, I really have no intention to rent anything more from them anymore, so a refund is really pointless.
