“Had a small issue with return as we were in a location with no Sendle agency nearby. GlamCorner were accommodating and let me return a day later but this can be an issue.”
“There was some confusion with the dress return instructions and I dropped the dress off at the yellow express post box. I was so worried the dresses will be lost. The GlamCorner agents were most helpful and reassuring in providing suggestions on how I can investigate with Australia Post and the dresses were returned safely after 2-3 weeks.
I was a GlamCorner customer pre-Covid and it used to be very simple drop off at a mailbox. The change to Sendle through me off a bit. Glad it all turned out ok.”

Unfortunately disappointed with my last experience. Whilst delivery was quick, the dress did not feel as clean as previous times I had hired.
The dress has pockets and as soon as I reached in, I found rubbish such as tampon wrappers and . Definitely made me question if dress was properly dry cleaned prior to re-hire.

“I've used Glam Corner in the past and had great experiences. This time however I didn't have a great delivery experience. I purposely set a date to receive the order as I was going overseas and wanted it to arrive the day I got back which was the day before I needed it. Unfortunately about 2 weeks prior to the date I requested and while I'm in Japan I got an email to say it was being delivered which was really stressful as I was nervous it would be stolen if left sitting on my doorstep. I wish there was some sort of system to ask if you're OK with it being delivered early or not!
I also found the Sendle system not as good as using Australia Post as there are no drop off locations in my area.
I would use Glam Corner again if I was certain I would be home in the weeks leading up to the event and if I were going to be near a Sendle dropoff location.”
