Easy service, fast delivery and really useful way of ensuring you have new outfits at a fraction of the cost.
My one negative feedback is that when you choose a dress that doesn’t fit, and return without wearing, you don’t get refunded but only store credit. I suppose it’s fair given no one else could hire it but I’d definitely prefer a refund and I think it could encourage more people to try this.
