We had to hire a lawyer to resolve Glamira's quality issues. I advise you to stay away from this company. The customer service is also lousy. We spoke both by phone and email, explaining everything that happened (several times!): The continuous mistakes of sending rings with sizes we did not order. I have seen many reviews where Glamira sends the wrong ring sizes. Not just once, but on several occasions. This happened to us and for our wedding day we had to buy the rings somewhere else a week before the wedding.
