White gold ring with yellow gold rim. Didn’t have it long before the yellow gold peeled off while I was removing the ring before exercise. Company was incredibly uncooperative and dishonest in emails. Refused to help or admit fault until I contact Australian Consumer Protection. Finally they offered to repair. Charged me for a return label. Ring was repaired with cracks between the two pieces, one more obvious than the other in photos. Alerted the company minutes after unboxing but they insisted it was fine when they sent it. They sent a video to “prove” the ring was fine but you could clearly see the fault in the ring in their own video. I screenshotted this from multiple points in the video but they have tried to tell me I’m imagining it and refuse to admit the repair was not done to a professional standard. Photos attached show the fault in their video (the one that’s circled) is the same shape and in the same position as the one in the photo I took at home (with the baby stuff in the background). Really scummy behaviour from a really scummy company.

After 4x weeks a white gold, rhodium plated, green diamond ring went brown. No amount of cleaning would work. Glamira refused to take responsibility or offer a refund. Sighting the small print. My fiancée is mortified. I wish I’d never bought it. Disgusting.

We ordered our wedding bands from Glamira and they are the perfect size and beautiful with a lovely engravings inside. I have ordered jewellery online before from another website and the necklace I bought was so horrible, it ended up in the bin. Based on this negative experience I was concerned about ordering our wedding bands online but it turned out the right thing to do. Glamira has a massive selection on their webstore, much more than on the high street. The ordering process was easy, we could customise every detail of our rings (Thickness, colour, stone, style...etc), and the rings arrived relatively quickly. In the meantime we received updates on the status of the rings and whenever we had questions the customer service was fast, polite and helpful. We love our rings and highly recommend Glamira.

Writing for my husband as the ring won't be revealed to me until our Ruby Anniversary on 8th June. Easy to order. Easy to have inscription added. Quick delivery and kept upto date on progress.

Consistent updates throughout the process, kept up to date and in the loop. Product was so lovely, even came in the best box with a LED light (very impressed) this company saved my wedding by sending the best ring for the big day after a well known company almost ruined everything by sending me a ring prior that looked like it came from a slot machine for the same price.

Product quality isn’t worth the amount I paid. MH daughter lost the big box which had the code to return and I can’t return without it. Total waste of the money. Never going to shop from glamira again and not recommending to my family and friends.

The ring ordered arrived exactly when advised and the fit is perfect. BUT... most importantly... it is exactly as described/as seen on line so my wife is over the moon with it. We would have no hesitation in using Glamira again or in recommending them to others.

Glamira was unable to make the EAT but went above and beyond to make sure I got my jewelry for my cruise ship wedding under very unusual circumstances - I appreciate the outstanding customer service I received from Heather and the company! You guys rock! Look forward to doing business in the future- My friend is delivered to me today in Costa Rica! CHEERS!

Just received our wedding rings and they are absolutely beautiful. Exactly like I expected. My fiancé bought engagement ring in here over a year ago…and it’s beautiful. Guys it’s really worth it! The only downside is their delivery time is a bit off. Both time it was delayed by about 10 days but like I said it was worth the wait!!

First, the product was beautiful; she liked it and said yes. And the support from customer services was top-notch, Chelsea, if I could name her. She helped me expedite the process to make sure I received it by the estimated delivery date and updated me at every stage. It was very important for me, as I was flying the next day and couldn't afford even a single day delay. Thank you, and I will be back.

The ring we received is absolutely beautiful, the colours are a tiny bit off from the 3D model but it's honestly turned out even better and more brilliant than I imagined. The rhodonite garnet is a lot more violet tinted but it still combines with the rest of the ring so well. My fiancé and I couldn't be happier, and our family loves it too. I couldn't recommend it enough. The packaging it came in was also amazing and you can absolutely tell that what you get is a great quality product! I wish I could add a picture to show off just how beautiful it is!

My wife absolutely loves the ring. The package arrived sooner than expected and was packed extremely well. The box for the ring included a light inside which was pretty cool for presentation. I will order again in the future and I would strongly recommend to anyone.

Needed a classy beautiful urgent engagement ring!! Ordered on behalf of my son ..Easter was approaching which includes 2 bank holidays, flights booked the day it was due to arrive 😕... however, Amy from customer support was there through all the stress... trying to help where she could as I was in charge of follow up🤔 Amy being there made a huge difference...The ring arrived several days EARLIER than the date given on the order..and came the eve before good Friday (yesterday), thanks also to DPD - excellent service. The ring sparkles beautiful in the gorgeous lit up presentation box. Includes a Lifetime warranty card and a certificate ( a nice touch)...WELL WORTH the stress😬. My son is over the moon , he has his ring in time for their holiday where he plans to pop the question next week .. I truly recommend this company 💯%. They didn't let my son down... Gorgeous ring 🤩

This whole experience has been easy and straightforward. I found the beautiful earrings l liked and selected the metal and stones l wanted. I hoped they would be as shown and l am not disappointed. Amazing range and choice, quality item and delivery on time. I shall definitely purchase from Glamira again.

The rings arrived a head of the expected delivery date which was a nice surprise. I loved the unboxing experience nicely presented with rings held within a clear frame. Comes with an lifetime warrant card and certificates of authenticity. Also a great little ring box that illuminates the rings as you open it. Beautiful rings at an affordable price. Thank you.

I bought a ring for my girlfriend in January. It was a ring under €400 with a white gold band and two hearts in rose gold. Since it was a surprise, I didn’t know her ring size and got it wrong. So I had to send it in for resizing. So far, so good. It took me almost 2 months to receive the resized ring, and when I finally did, it still didn’t fit my girlfriend. On top of that, they got the heart colors wrong — they were yellow gold instead of rose gold. I was (and still am) deeply disappointed with Glamira, and I didn’t want to wait another two months, so I told them I wanted a refund. I assumed they would give me one since the mistake was entirely theirs — but nothing could be further from the truth. I insisted many times on getting a refund, and they kept using the excuse that “our policy doesn’t allow it.” I had numerous conversations with Francisco, who is the only person they have in Spain for customer service calls. I know he’s the only one because I called dozens of times, and he was always the one who picked up. Some of those conversations lasted almost an hour. After many conversations, Francisco told me I had to send the ring back, that they would investigate it, and that after that, they would inform me of the possible options — a refund being one of them. That turned out to be a complete lie. Yesterday, just a few days after they received the ring, they emailed me saying the ring was in production. They just went ahead and started remaking it without giving me any options. I called Francisco, and he told me it was already in production and that nothing could be done. So I’m not getting a refund, and now I have to wait nearly two months for a ring that still won’t fit — because, as I said, it still doesn’t fit my girlfriend. It’s been a horrendous experience, full of emails, calls, lies, and excuses. The only thing I managed to get was a free return shipping label — because, on top of everything, at first, they wanted me to pay the €10 for sending the incorrectly colored ring back. They have an awful anti-consumer policy. I had planned to buy an expensive ring from them in the future, at least €1500, but now I’ll never buy anything from them again. This has been the worst shopping experience of my life.

Well I purchased a necklace for my wife, it has arrived and looks stunning, very pleased indeed. However I was a bit concerned after reading some reviews after I made the order (wrong way round I know!), my experience has been seamless, I ordered, I got updates along the way, the item arrived, only one very small point was an update told me the item was in dispatch, but it wasn’t sent for a few days after that which could be misleading for some? The advised delivery date and the actual date were a few days apart. Maybe Glamira should not overstate it as it raises expectations and my upset some customers wanting items quickly?
