I bought a ring 2 years a ago and I am very disappointed about the quality of the ring and also the customer service. I sent the ring 2 times for a repair and it came back with the same problem.
Then I asked for a resizing, I sent the ring and it came back with the same size as previous !! Very poor customer service.
