Worst customer service!
I purchased multiple items in three separate occasions from Glamira.
The first two purchases were fine. However, the jewellery box that was received on the last purchase was damaged. I sent them a picture and asked for replacement and I was told to discard the box since they would simply send me another. A few weeks after, when I contacted them again to know what happened to the shipment, I was told that the “relevant department” did not approve sending me a new box!!!
If this is the service we get for the cheap jewellery box, imagine what happens when you have to return the actual jewellery due to defect.
