I ordered a ring that was not delivered on time. I called the customer service number and the agent (Marta Garcia) claims that she is the only person in the world I can speak with about my order. She refused to transfer me to a supervisor, even after the call needed to be escalated. I called back about 8 times, and she is the only one answering the phone, which makes me believe that the emails I sent were also received by her with no resolution. I still have no ring, and no refund.
