You CANNOT cancel orders once it's placed, you CANNOT return items you are unsatisfied wit, you WILL NOT get refunded! I ordered a necklace & wanted to cancel, so I pressed the CANCEL button in the order page & it accepted the cancellation (I thought). Then when the payment went through my bank, I asked why they continued and requested a refund. They refused, saying that the order CANT be canceled, the button is there for 'other' product orders'?! I asked them to return the item & stop production because I will return it if they send it to me, & they said it CANT BE RETURNED - The site STATES 60-day returns!!! FRAUD & THEFT - DONT PURCHASE FROM THESE THIEVES, THE ENTIRE WEBSITE IS A LIE.
