Disaster. It is not about the product itself. I've ordered something not cheap on time (20/nov/2023) for Xmas. The orginal delivery date was 8/dec. Notification arrived on 8/dec about the order is ready, sent to the distrbution center. Today it is 15/dec and not dispatched, no tracking number. Just the chatbot, wich is impotent. 3 days no answer for my question asked online.
