How many time you sent the email they never respond. I order two time and the first time I order the ring on December 22/2023 order number is 4162099399 ..after two days they email me back the system was error and I have to reorder again. But they said they will cancel the order No. 4162099399 and make a refunded for me. So I reorder on December 26/2023 ..the order number is 4162099399 again..(it look weird and why the same number)..in December 27 they cancel the order number 4162099399.. and I got refunded. But I paid two time with that order number .This is not my fault their system. I paid two time and one got one only refunded. They do not care. If they really care to the customer they have to find it out what is going on......I want my money back....and I am regular customer.. If they really care customer service they should recheck again..please help me to get my money $2785.55
