SCAM SCAM SCAM Much the same experience as others. Firstly paid for express delivery to arrive in time for my wedding, the ring arrived 4 weeks after the wedding. When it arrived it was the wrong size and such poor quality that I returned it within a couple of days. I then received emails saying they then cancelled my return after a week?! (Which they then denied… 4 months later and over 100 emails I finally have my refund, after they claimed to “lost the returned item” which is sat in the Edinburgh DPD depot awaiting their collection. This company is a complete scam. No phone lines, only email with replies telling you to “be patient”. Avoid the hassle and pay for a reputable jeweller!!!
