Random engraving of a female name Bought a nice looking ring with no engraving. Unbelievable. What actually turned up was 2-3 sizes smaller than there own in-house ring sizer. AND! An engraving with 🖤VICKY🖤 Who the hell is Vicky🤷‍♂️ Ok. Accidents happened so I printed their return label and sent the item back THEN! I get an email saying the item does not meet their return requirement and that they are returning it back to me. Not going to remove the engraving Not going to resize. Product itself seem ok for the price Customer services rude and ignorant And as for engraving the ring with a random female name is pure negligence They don’t hold themselves accountable even though my order clearly states no engraving Website and price are appealing but stay well clear Date of experience: 15 December 2023
