I ordered a ring in my usual size, but it was heavier than expected and kept rolling upside down on my finger. I figured it should have been tighter than my other rings, hence I took advantage of Glamira's after-sale service and returned the ring for resizing. Now it's perfect! Moreover, despite my concerns, there are no signs of altering showing on the ring, whatsoever, making me one very happy customer :-)
