I ordered a ring from GLAMIRA for my anniversary and the ring was expected to be delivered 1 day prior to my anniversary. They postponed that delivery by two weeks and it’s already been over two weeks and there is no update and tracking information. When I’m calling the customer support it stays on hold for hours and then the call get disconnected on its own and when I emailed customer support, in spite of several back and forth conversations , they are not giving any ETA and they are just saying its in production which I can already see on the portal.
