We chose our rings but they didn’t go with my engagement ring. We had a bit of trouble returning them (through no fault of Glamira) due to not having a personal printer, then issues at the local post office and then myself being sick with COVID. Customer services email were great with us and couldn’t come back to me quick enough and assist and re opened return forms which had been closed down due to inactivity with me being sick. The communication from the preparation process to the shipping process has been excellent and the rings themselves are exactly as they are on the website and we feel really good quality. Whether you spend a lot of money on a ring like my engagement ring or spend a few hundred like our wedding rings they treat every customer as a priority. Thank you Glamira.
