The production and delivery were on the spot. I had the wedding in one month, and after contacting and updating the required time, I received the rings on time. The husband's ring was too big (our fault), but they gladly accepted and fixed the ring. It took a bit longer to get the fixed ring but it was the holiday season so understandable. Overall very happy with the service.
