Everything went smoothly, from customizing the piece to the final result, which is amazing. And I HAVE to mention the packaging: when you receive it, you truly feel you are special, it's just awesome. I am very, very happy with my ring, it's just what I wanted, even if I got my size wrong (totally my fault), but luckily they are offering one free resizing.
