Awful queues on the phone. Over and hour and still not spoken to anyone. Complete waste of time. And the ‘offer’ they sent me ‘50% off frames & free second pair’ most definitely did not work. Another huge wait in a phone queue to ask why and still no answer. I used the time waiting to check out their reviews. Enough said. Specsavers have similar offers and are 100% nicer to shop with.
