Very poor service. I placed my order and forwarded my prescription as requested but 3 weeks later, my order was still showing as "awaiting prescription", so I emailed, explaining that I'd already sent it. Two days later, I got a response saying that the prescription email wasn't received (which I doubt) but that they had all the info they needed and would forward the glasses forthwith?! When the glasses arrived, the order details listed the wrong prescription, so I returned them.
In mid-March I was contacted and informed that the prescription was correct after all and would I like them sent back out. Despite my scepticism I said yes and as at today - 13th April - I'm still waiting. All in all rather incompetent and inefficient.
