I ordered varifocals, using their introductory offer. I keep very careful records of my prescriptions so there was no mistake. I got an email insisting that they saw my actual prescription. As it was not with me I explained that as an engineer/physicist with good knowledge of optics I keep very careful records and I had not made a mistake and as I was not at home (overseas) I could not send the optician's version. I just got a blank refusal to supply. I am absolutely furious, it has wasted a lot of my time. I'll NEVER use them.
