I have used them for my last 3 pairs over a period of 5 years.
Second and Third were Varifocals.
I was not comfortable with the Second Pair, marked my center of eyes and several points. They change the Lenses without any questions asked to match the markings.
On my third pair, one of the Nose Bridges came off after almost a year. I sent and added my Eye markings. The were a few millimeter out. They made a complete new set free of charge. And this was a Designer Frame with Transition and Varifocal.
