I’ve waited 5 weeks for my glasses
From an order of three pairs none have been delivered, I appreciate one had an issue but they failed to send out the other two pairs and just didn’t communicate anything
They knew full well my existing glasses were broken and I was desperate and yet they just sat on it
‘Jeremy’s reply to my comments left a lot to be desired and this situation could have been completely resolved weeks ago
As a previous/ returning customer im really surprised by this .
As usual it seems to be a big company that works well if it’s simple and computer says yes , but if there’s an issue and people are involved well the wheels have fallen off and as you can probably tell if a combination of upset and annoyed.
