I am full of praise for this company. A couple of years ago, I bought some varifocals that I found difficult to acclimatise to, despite having had varifocals before. They had another pair made, and I found these the same. They then had a third pair made, using lenses from a different manufacturer, and these were much better. This year, I had another pair made, together with a pair of reading glasses. These arrived very quickly, and I am very happy with them. The hinge on the reading glasses was damaged, and they have just replaced it free of charge, within a few days. They have given me a fast, efficient and friendly service at a very competitive price, and I shall certainly use them again.
