Quality of product is excellent. Most comfortable glasses I have ever owned. Excellent service and loved the personal, hand written note that came with order. Most helpful in answering my email queries regarding various choices and confirming lens heights, etc. Would liked to have received progress emails though - eg. order received, lenses in laboratory being made, ready for dispatch, etc as I was really looking forward to receiving my glasses. Considering the distance (UK to Australia) the order did not take very long at all. Thanks. You are really great.
