I took these sunglasses for a week-long trip to the beach and they performed admirably. They fit so comfortably and are so lightweight that I almost forget that I'm wearing them. I chose the matte black finish because I wanted to avoid a painted color coating that might peel off (as I've had problems with that happening to other pairs of sunglasses), and I am happy I did. The matte texture is soft and doesn't get sticky. The nose piece does not seem to leave much of a mark when I take them off, and there aren't any sharp raised seams from the plastic casting process that would dig into my skin. So it's a go go if you are looking for something comfortable and Effective. Nice one glassgallary.
