“Glasses seems that were stored for a long time in a warehouse or display. Box came with missing label, frame also without the label. Box is waren out, corners are not sharp in a single word NOT BRAND NEW period. So I paid full price for an old pair that was stored for years in a warehouse or demo /display”

“I needed to replace a frame after a retailer closed and could not repair/honor the replacement contract. The same frame from Glasses Gallery was a perfect fit for my lenses and solved a potentially expensive replacement issue. Easy to order and good customer service!”

“Love your website - great information - easy to navigate. While I was aware of how long it would take to get my glasses - it was still a shock at how long it took. But the future deal-killer is that you refuse to stand behind your products. My frames broke within days. And your support staff told me that since they had had lenses put in them that they couldn't honor a warranty. I was offered plenty of excuses, but nothing satisfactory or even helpful. Will never use you again, and I will make sure to inform the place that did the lenses as well as my optometrist neighbor. Thankfully, the issue was mostly cosmetic and some super glue seems to be holding the two pieces in place. But just last week, the other side failed as well.”

“Customer service was prompt and helpful while I was considering my order, but once I ordered, it was very difficult to get information about my order. The process for giving them the prescription was a little confusing. The glasses did arrive, however, and seem to be done well. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.”

“The quality of the lenses is the best i've gotten online and sometimes even brick and mortar. However the frame color is often no properly represented because of the lighting of the photos. To be fair this is a problem with most online glasses merchants and maybe is due to the manufacturers photos.”

“Given how much I paid for the glasses, and how luxe the website looked, I was surprised when my glasses arrived in a shabby envelope with no padding (something you would mail a letter in). Also, the case was cheap and plasticky. Again not something I expected from what appeared to be a higher-end brand/ website. The glasses themselves are not bad, just how they came packaged and the cheap cases were disappointing. Wouldnt purchase from this website again.”
