“The quality of the lenses is the best i've gotten online and sometimes even brick and mortar. However the frame color is often no properly represented because of the lighting of the photos. To be fair this is a problem with most online glasses merchants and maybe is due to the manufacturers photos.”

“Given how much I paid for the glasses, and how luxe the website looked, I was surprised when my glasses arrived in a shabby envelope with no padding (something you would mail a letter in). Also, the case was cheap and plasticky. Again not something I expected from what appeared to be a higher-end brand/ website. The glasses themselves are not bad, just how they came packaged and the cheap cases were disappointing. Wouldnt purchase from this website again.”

“The product was fine however the fit was not. Return was too slow and complicated and only a portion of the original price is returnable. The satisfaction policy has too many restrictions such as not being able to remove the tag to try them out. Competitors have a far superior return policy.”

“I contacted Glasses Gallery to get suggestions on frames. I uploaded two photos and was quite specific describing what I was looking for (color, shape, size, etc.). While their response was quick, all of their suggestions were odd and missed the mark.”
