Glasses seems that were stored for a long time in a warehouse or display. Box came with missing label, frame also without the label. Box is waren out, corners are not sharp in a single word NOT BRAND NEW period. So I paid full price for an old pair that was stored for years in a warehouse or demo /display

Love your website - great information - easy to navigate. While I was aware of how long it would take to get my glasses - it was still a shock at how long it took. But the future deal-killer is that you refuse to stand behind your products. My frames broke within days. And your support staff told me that since they had had lenses put in them that they couldn't honor a warranty. I was offered plenty of excuses, but nothing satisfactory or even helpful. Will never use you again, and I will make sure to inform the place that did the lenses as well as my optometrist neighbor. Thankfully, the issue was mostly cosmetic and some super glue seems to be holding the two pieces in place. But just last week, the other side failed as well.

Slow, slow, slow shipping. Slow, slow, still waiting for my refund. 5 weeks and counting. Not happy. Better companies out there.

I didn’t get the glasses that I paid off. I thought that when I purchased the glasses were here in United States. I didn’t know that it was coming from a far away country. I was better to go the store here than wait months and months.

The frames did not fit. I attempted multiple times to process a return online and then through phone calls. I never received a call back. I finally sent a return through UPS with a signature required on the receipt. Customer service was terrible.

I returned them awaiting my cash refund since 06.02.2021 this company is fraudulent. I get the run around do not buy anything from them

It’s been 11 months since I mailed in my glasses to have the lens changed out- unsatisfied and wouldn’t go through this process again.

I was sent the wrong size lenses for these frames. No one will return my messages about it. To this day these glasses sit in a box bc no one (even at three different optic shops) has been able to get these lenses in. I was told they were cut incorrectly.

I'm very unhappy with my glasses, the quality is so poor, it looks and feels like children's glasses from a cheap toy shop. I would like to return them. How can I o that please. Thank you, Nadia Dardashti 0421190400 Australia NSW

Who knows if the glasses are any good. I haven’t gotten them yet. The shipper you use and your communication is horrible.

Dear James Wentz, As your shipping selection was as Standard, which showed can take up to 21 working days, having the glasses delivered might seem a bit longer. As we've noticed your glasses are already delivered, we hope you enjoy the new glasses.

The customer service is atrocious. I made a mistake and ordered blue instead of black but expected the exchange would be simple and easy. It has been anything but...in addition to several times making reference to it being my fault, they continued to delay sending me a link for return they promised. Also, the website states a customer pays to ship back to Glasses Gallery but specifically says: “For exchanges, return shipping from our office to your door will be sent via standard shipping at no extra cost to you.” And doesn’t stipulate anything about the reason for exchange bring a factor yet I was told I’d have to pay $20 to have the new frames sent to me (which, by the way, is even more than I paid the first time for even expedited delivery.). I WILL NOT be ordering from Glasses Gallery ever again and will share with everyone in my network to avoid them.

Dear Marcia Hemphill, We understand mistakes can be made, and have already offered a free shipping replacement of frame tot he black color, before receiving the returned frame, in order to reduce the waiting time. Though terms and conditions stipulate that the returned frame needs to be evaluated before sending the replacement, we understand that your case is more different than the norm and made the decision of sending the replacement firm, before receiving at our evaluation center, the returned blue frame. We hope the replaced frame is to your liking and fitting.

Your website is really glitchy ..the customer service reps headsets sounds like your in a speaker .. very HARD TO HEAR .. I’ve had multiple issues with my order .. still don’t think it’s been resolved ..:tired_face:

I contacted to get help with try on feature. Response was short and dismissive. If the try on feature does not work with iOS or safari seems useless for a lot of people

Dear Todd, Google Chrome is available for iOS. Our platform works also on iOS though depends also on each customers version of iOS and if it allowed the camera access in Safari.

Dear Tony, The glasses were remade as the shipping company lost the package. The re-made glasses should reach our Canada logistics center at the start of this week and we will send an email with the tracking information asap.

If zero stars were an option I would give zero. I work at a VERY small e commerce store and would never dream of treating my customers the way I’ve been treated. Not only did I never receive my glasses the company absolutely refused to take any responsibility. I am out more than a $100 and have nothing to show for it. I am not upset at any employee it is legitimately the company policies that make no sense! If I could I would continue to give one star reviews because of how horrible the whole ordeal has been!

NO the issue was never looked at past asking what it was. I always replied and got a email saying thank you for responding. Then a little while later I get an email saying it is closed. NOT IMPRESSED.

Dear Tammy, A reply was given on 10/09 saying the following: "Your prescription glasses, which are on top of the video have the aspherical lenses and the new glasses from us is using the spherical lenses,and that's why you see such difference in comparison between both pairs." The optician also mentioned that it requires a bit of time for adjusting to this new lenses.
